Why can't I just sign up?

Does it ever send emails on its own?

No. NectarScout drafts; a person approves. Every email waits for a human, and the approval is recorded against their name.

Where does the information come from?

From public business listings, the business's own website and its public reviews. Each fact in a draft is checked against where it came from, and anything we can't trace is removed.

Which countries does it work in?

Search works wherever the map does. Fifteen countries are fully set up with local phone formats, opening hours, time zones and email rules: the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, South Africa, India, Pakistan, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands.

Will my emails end up in spam?

No one can promise inbox placement, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we do is protect it: plain first emails, daily limits per mailbox, rotation across mailboxes, warm-up for new ones, one-click unsubscribe, and bounces that are caught before they hurt you.

What exactly is the website mockup?

A redesigned homepage for the prospect, built from their own logo, colours and photos, on a preview link you can send. It fixes the problems your email mentions, so the two tell one story. You can also bring in a page you designed elsewhere.

Which mailboxes and phone systems work with it?

Any mailbox you can send from, including Gmail and Microsoft 365. For calls, it works with 8x8 today and with any phone system that can send a report when a call ends.
